Normally when a patient has an appointment with the doctor & the physian prescribes some medication which does not agree with the patient and he calls the clinic to speak to the dealing physicianan . Who's busy with another patient and one leaves a number for the doctor to call back and my experience is that the dealing doctor NEVER called back. This is unacceptable and must be addressed positively.
