Honestly, apart from Dr. Ezz El-Din, who tried to resolve the issue for over a year, we've been waiting for the teeth to arrive as agreed. We paid the full amount, but the case hasn't been resolved to this day. Furthermore, the technician supervising the case did very poor work, causing us significant disruption to our daily lives. We keep contacting the receptionist to request a refund, but they always say the person in charge isn't there, even though I saw him at the clinic. This is clearly an attempt to avoid addressing the problem, forcing us to take legal action to seek compensation for this damage.
